Are you ready to change scenery and discover one of the most genuine and hospitable Greek islands in the Cyclades? Visit the beautiful neighboring island of Kimolos and feel as if the time has stopped! If you have either fully explored Milos or simply wish to discover this quiet and picturesque hidden gem next door, this short trip to Kimolos is the ideal choice to spend your summer day!
You will begin your adventure by catching the morning ferry from Pollonia, to the neighboring island of Kimolos. Upon arrival you will head to Chorio, the island’s picturesque capital. You will wander through the narrow cobblestone streets and explore the remains of the medieval castle, its picturesque squares as well as the 17th and 18th century churches. Next, you will visit the iconic Agios Minas Church, known for its red poria (porous stone) architecture. This is a perfect spot to take photos offering a peaceful ambiance. You will continue to Prassa Beach, famous for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and fine white sand. You can take a refreshing swim and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of nature at its best. Later you will head to the quaint fishing village of Goupa, an authentic little corner of the island with brightly painted boat parkings beautifully contrasting with the whitewashed houses. You will continue on a scenic tour along the southern coast of Kimolos to see the stunning beaches of Kalamitsi and Bonatsa, boasting golden sands and clear calm waters. Lastly, you will have some time to stroll in Psathi, the island’s port, and enjoy the charming coast, lined with traditional tavernas and cafes, before getting the local ferry and crossing over to Milos.
This tour is private for small groups of 1 – 4 persons (maximum) and is offered in English and Greek language. Other languages (Spanish) are available upon request at extra cost.
Children and infants are welcome to participate with parental guidance.
Please remember to prepare a beach bag (with bathing suits, beach towels etc) as we will be making swimming stops along the way.

Explore the most important sites of the island accompanied by an experienced escort, including a visit to the traditional capital, Chorio, with the remains of the medieval castle, picturesque squares and beautiful churches, and swim in the crystal-clear waters of the famous beach of Prassa. Visit Agios Minas church, Goupa fishing village and tour the southern coast to see the stunning beaches of Kalamidi and Bonatsa before heading to Kimolos’s port Psathi for a stroll before getting on the ferry back to Milos.
