In this savory experience you will visit an innovative revival of an old vineyard in Sikinos where you will be taken on a short 30 minute tour to see the production facilities of local wines and lush vineyards. Later, you will learn about the winemaking process and Sikinos’ distinctive terroir that gives its aromatic flavor to the wines.
As the sun sets down over the Aegean sea, you will be served a delicious Greek local cheese platter shared for two, that will be paired with suitable assortments of locally produced wines such as White (Assyrtiko, Aidani, Monemvasia), Rose (Aidani, Mavrotragano), Red (Mavrotragano, Mantilaria, Fokiano) and Sweet (Liosato) (1 glass per each type of wine will escort your meal).
