Embark on a leisurely drive with our experienced English-speaking driver down the stunning coastal route and the Athens Riviera, where breathtaking views of pristine beaches unfold, and visit the ancient Temple of Poseidon at the highest southern tip at Cape Sounion as the sun sets.

You will start your adventure with a professional driver picking you up from your hotel in Athens to enjoy a panoramic drive towards the most southern point of Athens and learn everything there is to know about the famous Cape Sounio.  The Athens Riviera is known for its upscale seaside suburbs, luxurious resorts and vibrant marinas. You will pass by the southern suburbs of Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza and enjoy a short photo stop at the beautiful natural Lake Vouliagmeni from the above (about 10-minute stop).

You will continue to Cape Sounion, located at the southern tip of the Attica peninsula, to witness the magnificent Temple of Poseidon standing majestically atop a cliff, offering stunning panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, especially at sunset. You will have approximately 45 minutes to visit the Temple itself while capturing stunning photographs of the sun setting over the Aegean, a sight that has inspired poets and travellers for centuries. A stop for dinner can be arranged either before or right after the visit to the sight at one of the delicious fish taverns along the coastline.

This tour is private for small groups of 1 – 6 persons and is offered in English language. For larger groups up to 20 persons, prices are available on request.

Children and infants (0 -12 years old) are welcome to participate with parental guidance.
