Under the guidance of a local, who will open their home to us, you will learn the art and crafting of traditional dishes made from scratch, unlocking the secrets of these recipes passed down through generations and are integral part of Cycladic culture. Since the ingredients are local and seasonal, the recipes and their duration vary but most of the time two recipes will be demonstrated, one of which will involve our hands-on approach.
